Customer Review Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026.
Selected recommendations
This website displays selected customer recommendations provided by the business, including Facebook recommendations. It is not an open review platform, a complete record of customer feedback or an aggregate rating. A recommendation reflects the writer’s experience at the time, not a guarantee of future results.
Authenticity and incentives
Fake reviews, fabricated experiences, concealed incentives and misleading review information are prohibited. Any payment, discount, gift or other incentive connected with a published recommendation must be clearly disclosed beside it. Recommendations must relate to the service described and must not be changed in a way that misrepresents the customer’s meaning. Material edits require the writer’s approval.
Publication and checks
Before publishing a recommendation, the business must keep evidence of its source, check that it relates to a genuine customer experience, confirm permission to use the wording and name, and check for incentives or relevant personal connections. Feedback must not be presented as representative of all customers. Selection and any editing must not create a misleading impression. These checks also apply to recommendations first published on another platform.
Report a concern or request removal
To report a suspected fake review, undisclosed incentive, inaccurate quotation or permission concern, email johneastham5153@gmail.com or call 07715 213353. Identify the recommendation and explain the issue; provide supporting information where available. You can also use these contacts to submit feedback or make a service complaint.
The business must investigate reports, consider the source evidence and take proportionate action, including correction or removal where necessary. Potentially misleading recommendations should be withheld while unresolved authenticity concerns are investigated. Checks and this policy must be reviewed when new feedback or risks arise. Reporting a concern does not require buying a service.
