When you enquire, we receive your name, phone number, email address, service choice and message. We use this information to respond, discuss a quote and arrange requested work. Our basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. The form checkbox confirms that you want us to contact you about the enquiry. It does not sign you up for marketing.

How enquiries are delivered

Website form submissions are handled by FormSubmit and emailed to our enquiry mailbox. FormSubmit states that submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. Our email provider and site host also process data to deliver the service. We keep our copy only as long as needed to manage the enquiry, any agreed work and applicable legal or accounting records. We do not sell enquiry information.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion, or object to certain uses of your information, by emailing us. Some requests depend on the circumstances and legal record-keeping duties. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
